THE ROCK CLUBtherockclub1

The closest new climbing gym to New York City is just 30 minutes north of Manhattan on the subway, in New Rochelle, NY, and has state-of-the-art climbing and fitness facilities servicing Westchester County and surrounding areas.  The Rock Club is a unique partnership with The New Rochelle Racquet Club, built adjacent to the existing Club and sharing health club bath rooms, locker rooms, and sauna.  Climbers can also take advantage of the health club nursery facilities, or play indoor tennis and racquetball right next door – this is a new climbing gym model catering to everyone from the serious youth climber training for competition, to the neighborhood families interested in recreation.

The Rock Club has over 15,000 square feet of climbing terrain, and specified rooms for birthday parties, fitness equipment, and yoga, with a dedicated “Training Center” completely separate from the main climbing wall terrain, with an observation deck for families.  The Rock Club directors are experienced competition climbers who ensure the regular rotation of new climbing routes, offer private instruction and team coaching, and facilitate sanctioned competitions.
