All of our products, with the exception of custom made products, special orders, business plan software, climbing wall panel systems, geodesic shapes, mats and flooring, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.  All climbing hold returns will have a 15% restocking fee.  The products must be must be in new and re-sellable condition. Returned items cannot be used, broken, damaged or used in any way. Exchanges may require additional shipping charges. Original and return shipping charges will not be reimbursed.  Rockwerx reserves the right to deny any return.
