Creating a Focal Point

Our Seamless Natural Rock Walls are the ultimate attempt to bring the beauty and aesthetics of outdoor climbing inside.  Every Seamless wall is 100% custom designed and hand made to fit your facility.  The undulating curves, corners, and cracks of this style wall give the appearance of a true product of Mother Nature.  No panel lines or artificial edges yield a truly "seamless" appearance.  A Seamless Natural Rock wall is more than just a rock wall…it is a climbable work of art.

Natural Terrain with Modular Options

Many of our Natural Rock walls can be climbed by using built in features alone, but every wall is also designed with plenty of space and t-nut placements to attach a variety of holds.  We design every wall with function and form in mind, so that not only will the finished product stand out aesthetically, but the functional climbing terrain will be enjoyable for beginner and expert climbers alike.  If you are interested in a Natural Rock product but want the most functional climbing options overall, we can customize a solution with limited usable natural features and a plethora of modular hold placements, or specific sections that allow for greater flexibility in routesetting.

Strength in Sculpture

Indoors or Out, our special concrete is finished with an extremely durable UV resistant stain that really brings the wall to life. 

At the base of all framed wall systems is a free-standing and self-supporting steel frame.  Constructed of custom designed square tube and angle steel, our unique steel framing system allows your wall to take on nearly any shape, at any angle, at any height. Not only is our framework custom designed for your installation, our walls have more steel framing than a lot of other contractors.

Natural Rock is comprised of an outer composite polymer resin bonded to an internal Fiberglass lining—providing a lightweight yet incredibly strong product. Natural Rock boasts an ASTM flexural strength of 12,000 lbs and compression strength of 8,500 lbs. Our product has withstood the test of time in even the toughest climates, and is not affected by freeze/thaw cycles or extreme temperatures.

Lightweight

 At 3 lb/ft², Natural Rock is five times lighter than our competitors’ typical GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) products. Not only is installation a breeze, but lightweight Natural Rock saves costs by reducing the amount of structures needed to support it, the people needed to install it, and the type of equipment needed to move it. In fact, most of our products can be carried by people, eliminating the need for forklifts or other heavy machinery. 

Realistic Composite Polymer Surface

Made of patented, composite polymer resin, Natural Rock’s surface replicates the look of  rock down to the finest details. Natural Rock can reproduce minute natural or architectural features, and can be customized to reproduce almost any design, and any type of surface or color.

Infused Surface Color 

Since we infuse organic pigments throughout the entire resin, Natural Rock never needs to be touched up or painted if chipped or scratched.

UV Stable

Natural Rock does not fade when exposed to sunlight and UV radiation, and never needs to be painted.

Optional Class 1 Fire Rating

Optional Class 1 Rating for fire safety.

Inert Surface Resists Buildup and Discoloration

Natural Rock resists buildup to algae and other organic growth. Chemicals, rain and water minerals do not affect the surface or color of the Createk surface, and it will not leach lime or display calcium buildup.

Maintenance Free

Natural Rock products are designed to be maintenance free. If they need to be cleaned, the surface can be power washed up to 2,500 psi.

Safe and Environmentally Friendly

Unlike our competitors’ products, Natural Rock playground products are certified by IPEMA (playground rating), ASTM (fire rating), and CSA (safety and performance rating). These certifications ensure that our products are not only manufactured to fit into nature, but are safe and environment friendly too.
