This site is intended for general information about our company and products. Any person or organization using Rockwerx products is solely responsible for learning proper techniques for there installation and use, and assumes all risk and accepts all responsibilities for any and all damages or injury of any kind including death or disfigurement which may result from the use or misuse of any product manufactured or supplied by Rockwerx. Products must be inspected before each use. Rockwerx Climbing systems require appropriate landing surfaces to be used at all times under the equipment. Rock climbing and ropes course equipment must be secured when not in use and should only be used by trained professionals.
Return Policy
All of our products, with the exception of custom made products, special orders, climbing wall panel systems, geodesic shapes, mats and flooring, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. All climbing hold returns will have a 15% restocking fee. The products must be must be in new and re-sellable condition. Returned items cannot be used, broken, damaged or used in any way. Exchanges may require additional shipping charges. Original and return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Rockwerx reserves the right to deny any return.
